NEW MONTH. NEW GOAL.

During February, the aim was to get you back training again and to begin coaching you online.
Now, for March, the focus of training is going to be on repeated practice, tracking and improvements.
We also want to add some fun and enjoyment along the way! So we’ll give you ideas on how to turn training into a game or fun challenge. Sneak peek below…!
So, to begin, what we want you to do this month is to track how your training is going from week to week.
By following your training plan each week, you should find that by the end of the month you’ve improved since the beginning.
Below you’ll see this week’s plan and a simple training tracker. We hope to share theses with you as a files asap so that you can print them. You will need a copy for each week. Fill in the tracker after training. By the end of March, you should notice that you’ve improved on time, RPE or skills.
For week 1 and 3, running will be as laid out below. Week 2 and 4 will be a little different. You’ll be able to compare how you did on the matching weeks.
Core and strength will remain the same for the month with small changes to reps, resistance, etc. Some of the exercises on the plan are tough. Some might be new to you or you made have forgotten what they are. But don’t worry! Coaches are here to help!
The first week or two will be the hardest but it will get easier after that. Give it your best this month and enjoy!
