Week 3 is here everyone.
We really want you to push yourself this week with your runs and circuit session.
Circuits this week start round one on 30 seconds per exercise, 10 seconds off. Round two 25/10 and round three 20/10. Have 2-3 minutes between each round. Work hard you got this.
